  • If kept frozen in the freezer, the sugarcane juice will last up to approximately 10-12 months.

3. What is the best timeframe to consume defrosted sugarcane juice?

  • It is best to drink defrosted sugarcane juice within 24 hours from when it's completely defrosted, as it will oxidize and turn sweeter.

4. When should defrosted sugarcane juice be discarded?

5. What should I do if some of the juice arrives partially defrosted?

  • If some of the juice arrives partially or completely defrosted, it's safe to place it back into the freezer for safe keeping. If it arrives fully defrosted and the bottle is still cold, it is safe to put it back into your freezer. 6. How can I adjust the sweetness of the sugarcane juice if it's too sweet?

  • If the sugarcane juice is too sweet, mix it with 5% to 10% cold ice water or adjust it accordingly to your preference. Our juice is 100% pure juice.

7. What is the production process of your sugarcane juice?

  • All our products are produced in our store. Nothing is outsourced. Our fruits and cane juice are freshly cold pressed in our store as well. We use no artificial coloring, flavor, or preservatives.

8. Are your sugar cane juice machines certified?

  • We take pride in that our sugar cane juice machines are ETL listed, recognized by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Certified machines are necessary for health and sanitary reasons.

9. How many juice packages can be sold per day?

  • We can only sell a maximum of any 15 juice packages per day, on a first come, first serve basis.

Note: Our production capacity is currently limited due to turnaround time for packaging. Additionally, selling more than 15 packages a day would require customers to reach out to us and make special requests.
